All of us face a variety of risks to our health as we go about our day-to-day lives. Driving in cars, flying in planes, engaging in recreational activities, and being exposed to environmental pollutants all pose varying degrees of risk. Some risks are simply unavoidable. Some we choose to accept because to do otherwise would restrict our ability to lead our lives the way we want. And some are risks we might decide to avoid if we had the opportunity to make informed choices. Indoor air pollution is one risk that you can do something about.

The most serious health threat facing mankind is not the scourge of infectious disease, but the epidemic of chronic degenerative disease—coronary heart disease, cancer, and diabetes. We are living too short and dying too long, in pain and suffering, largely due to nutritional deficiencies, oxidative stress from work and our polluted, toxic environment.

Of all the wisdom that I have gained, the most important is the knowledge that time and health are two precious assets that we rarely recognize or appreciate until they have been depleted. As with health, time is the raw material of life. You can use it wisely, waste it, or even kill it.

Every human being now living has exactly 168 hours per week. Scientists can’t invent new minutes, and even the very rich can’t buy additional hours.

We worry about things we want to do but can’t, instead of doing the things we can do but don’t. How often have you said to yourself, “Where did the day go? I accomplished nothing.” Or, “I can’t even remember what I did yesterday.” That time is gone, and you’ll never get it back.

The content of this site represents the alternative health therapies that I have adopted and embraced. While I do represent products that adopt these technologies and derive some income from their sale, all the therapies listed have been tried and tested on a personal level and I have found each to have unique, positive effects on my overall wellbeing. It is with these optimistic results that I am willing to share my knowledge with you, my dear reader.

Every now and then, I will also introduce fresh information and innovative products for your reference so that you may make an informed decision should you choose to adopt these therapies.
